Let me first express my love to all the directors who are really at our service. You are excellent, mwaaah! You all look fresh amidst yourselves though in the wrong context of unsatisfied comrades. Your love to us is of no objection but full of camouflaged inertia. Life is flowing smoothly as every personality minds his /her own keep ups that are the books but not considering the build ups factors to the manuscripts. All your paths are lit up by the strong sunlight yet your constituents are in a dark hole. They are doomed yet their hopes are also in your hands. You are our mothers who had thrown us away to the passing dogs but due to presence of Good Samaritan all our hopes were restored. Shame is now upon you when you see us paving our way to the success you are also after. I am not surprised when I see some of the directors taking supplementary. Our dragging life has always been your laughter but all in all we are striving towards the same goals. Though one can easily notify your ‘well fed hygiene,’ I can simply say it’s a mockery to at once your supporters.

Your moves are also predictable to us. When a striking issue arises we all know what you will do without even speculating. There is formation of a two nation rather than a one nation scenario as it is depicted by the overgrown poor relation between us. People whisper whenever you pass nearby and they assume you are intruders to planet earth sub-section Moi University. They feel a sense of betrayal by you. Their comradeship power slogan has now been bewitched by the a few rotten wizards of the first order on this unjustified land. Their ceremonious songs of happiness have now been turned to bitter literature and out washed by your impunity. Leadership misconduct has no longer been at ledge but at the safest place of unjustified justice ruler. Dishonesty is just like a mere talk which ends immediately it is consumed. Cases of poor tender allocation, irresponsibility towards duties and poor performance has remarkably been at sight.

My sense tells me that nearly every human species has a defect and that is what I may term as memory overlap. This is whereby when a person is not in power he often sees all the bad deeds of the others who are in the leadership cocoons. During campaigns, they are able to sacrifice anything just to get a share of bread. Some even will kneel down to us just for that piece of paper. Shame on you! Some aspiring personalities even doubt themselves whether they fit in those positions. One person whose name I cannot mention was very confused and that even to utter his name but simply said, ‘nimesare’ during the last election. Actually what is the essence of forwarding your name as one of the aspirants then you back off. You are not only a coward but also a mysterious looser.

My advice to those who are in the director posts and also those who are aspiring as directors in this fraternity is that, pity yourself and also consider your faith as to whether you can serve the comrades well. In any case you feel that you are not fit to vie or unable to deliver the best of your service please join me as THE THIRD EYE to the directors and their way of leading the comrades. AMEN!
