Does degree worth it?

Kenya and the whole world have been experiencing an influx in the index of job seekers who are aggressive in the search. It has even reached a state whereby individuals do not even care if the job is really related to the degree they had acquired. Don’t be surprised to witness a highly qualified once engineering student teaching physics. It really wasn’t their wish but due to globalisation and survival for the fittest, he found himself on the weaker organisms’ side thus he was weeded out. Paving their way through was very difficult since the race proved not only to consist of papers but also their personality. It was a formality which made others to despair even before the completion of the task intended. Some are just by virtue presenting their soul in the classes instead of actually attending to take courses.
Interviews have ambushed many who thought that the literature on the paper would speak for them yet the interviewers know that those were mwakenya’s result but not theirs. Shock should not be upon you when you are given a set of questions to work on during that day. During the interviews you are expected to prove and also be able to convince the panel whether you are capable for the job being offered. You should prove why you but not others. What is special about you? These will include your leadership skills, co-curriculum activities, intelligence, and reputation and don’t forget your health. Failing to get involved in various clubs and association will cost a number of comrades. Some of us consider several associations to be tribal and are of no weight to them. Such areas are where one can test his leadership skills and even just being a member worth making you different that you had at once involved yourself in a group work. Even the community work being organized by some of the clubs like The Red Cross Club will always prove to be your defense if you had attended and acquired a certificate of it during interviews.
Kenya has been progressing through various sectors of the economy and this call for the need of hiring highly qualified personality. To select these people even their health will be highly considered as a matter of fact. Some companies cannot actually seek the service of a person who looks weak to undertake on their operations. Some of us are strong drunkards and they have been carried away by its waves. Your dangling appearance surely will deprive you an opportunity of being considered as part of that highly reputed organization. To summarize this is that a sick medic should not care for the patients.

I call upon every individual to brainstorm on his worthiness not just by working hard to acquire a first class but also to build on the element which will spice on his papers. Sometimes while working it may reach a time when the organization would wish to promote or even to retrench worker. It is at this stage whereby your worthiness will be weighed in comparison to others. It is my pleasure to see a number of you penetrating their ways through the high walls of job battles.
